Southwestern Virginia Training Center (SWVTC) is operated by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. SWVTC provides a broad range of residential, habilitative, and medical services to persons with intellectual disabilities from the 17 county, 4 city region of Southwest Virginia.

Self Determination and Person Centered Experience Plan

September 2, 2009 - Progress Report for the Self Determination and Person Centered Experience Plan.

The Self Determination and Person Centered Experience Plan outlines the continuing evolution of our efforts using the findings of the Office of the Inspector General's Report # 139-07 as a guide to assist us in our efforts as we transition from a deficit model to a person-centered model.
